At Sixth Sense, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
